MIXING DIRECTIONS

Remove bag from tub and massage to mix powder prior to first use. Mix in a non-metallic bowl. 

• Mix 1-part 9 LEVEL BLUE LIGHTENER with 2-parts UNIVERSAL CREAM DEVELOPER 20 or 30 Volume (1:2). 
  
• For use with foil, mix 1-part 9 LEVEL BLUE LIGHTENER with 1.5-parts UNIVERSAL CREAM DEVELOPER 20 or 30 Volume (1:1.5). 
  
• Mix the formula with an application brush or non-metallic whisk until thoroughly blended. 
  
• Add COLOR ELIXIR PROFESSIONAL ADDITIVE – Step 1 to mixed formula and blend. 

USAGE

• 20 Volume Developer for on scalp application. 
• 20 Vol. – 30 Volume Developer for off scalp application. 
• 40 Volume Developer is not recommended. 
• Heat is not recommended. 
• Total processing time should not exceed 50 minutes with foil, 55 minutes without.
