Achieve up to 7 levels of lift with this dust-free powder lightener. Can be used with foils or when performing global lightening services.

KEY INGREDIENTS AND BENEFITS

Hydrolized Silk: an exceptional protein that binds with hair for moisture, protection and enhanced shine.
Paraffinum Liquidum: a highly refined mineral oil that helps prevent irritation while attracting moisture and providing protection to the hair.

Remove bag from tub and massage to mix powder prior to first use. Mix in a non-metallic bowl.

Mix 1-part BLUE BLEACHING POWDER with 2-parts UNIVERSAL CREAM DEVELOPER 5 to 40 Volume (1:2).
Mix the formula with an application brush or non-metallic whisk until thoroughly blended.
Add COLOR ELIXIR PROFESSIONAL ADDITIVE – Step 1 to mixed formula and blend.
