Application:
Push back cuticles and clean nails with an alcohol- or acetone-soaked, lint-free pad.
Apply two even coats of ORLY BREATHABLE Nail Lacquer and allow to dry.
For optimal care, regularly apply Breathable CUTICLE OIL 2460003 to the cuticles.
