Rinse out: After Shampooing apply and work from ends to roots. Wait 1-4 minutes, rinse. Can be used after or in lieu of Conditioner depending on your needs. Towel dry and style as desired.

Leave in: Best on towel dried hair. Apply and work through. Less is more. Style as desired.
